Yerra Goduma Rawa (Red Wheat Rava)

Yerra goduma — red wheat — is milled here as a coarse rawa with its reddish-brown colour intact rather than being refined pale.

It suits upma, godhuma rawa dishes and traditional wheat preparations that want more body than fine sooji.
