Jonna Powder (Jowar Flour)

Jonna rotte is a Telugu kitchen classic, and it starts with well-milled jowar. We mill whole sorghum fine and even, so the dough comes together and pats out without cracking.

It is also used in mixed millet flours and in porridge.
